Please Note: this feature is not available in most ZPORTAL systems.
If alerting is enabled on your system, the My Account section of the left navigation bar will include a new button for My Alerts. Clicking this option will display a list of the your alerts, similar to the list of saved searches.
For each alert, the My Alerts display will include:
frequency (if alert is suspended, frequency = ”suspended”)
search query (in summary form)
date alert was created, date alert was last run
Actions available in My Alerts:
Edit - you can change the alert name, frequency and/or delivery format.
Note: If you want to modify the contents of the alert -- i.e., change the search query or collections searched -- then delete the current alert, run a new search with the desired query and collections, and create a new alert. See Create Alert.
Delete - deletes the alert and stops notifying you of new items.
